as a growing independent brand, all items are produced in limited quantities and are final sale.

we appreciate your understanding and hope to introduce returns and exchanges in the future as the brand grows.

damages, defects & incorrect items

please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number
clear photos of the issue

we will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

claims made outside of this window may not be accepted.

shipping responsibility & liability

once an order has been dispatched and marked as delivered by the courier, makeni wrld is not liable for:

lost, stolen, or missing packages
packages left in a “safe place” by the courier
incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing their order.

international orders, taxes & duties

for international orders, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

makeni wrld has no control over customs processes and cannot reimburse or refund orders due to unpaid duties or refused deliveries.
